Practice Development Manage Course

The Practice Development Manager Course is a four-module course built for UK dental practice managers ready to step beyond compliance and operations into the strategic, KPI-driven, growth-focused role that corporate groups and ambitious independents now expect. Across roughly 14-15 hours of structured learning, learners build commercial fluency in reading a dental P&L line by line, master the 18 headline KPIs that drive UK practices (with formulas, data sources, and troubleshooting playbooks for each), apply the six production levers that move the numbers; diary utilisation, recall, case acceptance, conversion, online reputation, and fee structure, through a 90-day implementation plan, and learn to translate operational decisions into the P&L language principals and area managers recognise. By the end, learners have produced a working KPI dashboard, a written 90-day growth plan, a monthly practice report pack, and the commercial vocabulary that opens career progression toward multi-site, area manager, and operations director roles.
